I think I have finally found someone who thinks like me. This particular middle of the road is the one that I look for when I navigate the culture/theology wars within today's Christian landscape. About Julie Roys. I have no idea what her actual opinions are about transgender ideology. But years ago, I was the copy editor for a small academic journal. I can kind of get her making a professional decision to stick with AP style (or was it APA?) if that's what she normally uses. It was sadly predictable that it would be used against her. I saw the tweet too, and the reactions. Not saying I don't understand your feelings too, because I do. Keep up the great work.

Wow, Kaeley, you threaded that needle perfectly. Good job! I'm almost a year late to find you but "better late than never."

I love seeing your posts and happy to have found someone who thinks like me. I’m fiercely feminist but a woman of God which many male Christians find unacceptable. I’m also pro life which many pro abortion feminists find incompatible. It’s not an easy place to be but you are right - we have to keep on going and combating both extremes. It’s also what led me away from the right wing politics my parents subscribe to and realizing I’m more democrat leaning on topics like social justice. I found a political home in American Solidarity Party. Middle ground for people like us. Would love to hear your perspective on them if you have time to look them up. Blessings 🙏🏽

The only cult more insidious and damaging than the trans cult is religion. Neither is founded in reality and both are indefensible.
